Swallowtail Farm is a cooperative workplace where your feedback, observations and requests will be greatly valued and respected. We are a young farm, with young farmers, and we understand that every day is a learning experience for everyone. We work safely, with efficiency, and with the utmost care. We take the time to prepare and provide a wholesome and nutritious farm lunch together each day..

Volunteers

We believe that our farm exists as much for its educational value to the community as for the food it produces. We welcome volunteers throughout the week, just give us a call. Some days volunteers will be incorporated into work with the crew, while other days they may be given an independent project to work on. We welcome volunteers Tuesday-Friday between 8-4. 

Things to bring: Hat, Water Bottle, Closed toed shoes.

Apprenticeships

This is the real deal. Spend a full-time whole season with us and get to know the farm and it's operations like no one else. We  offer 4 of these positions.
