Food Is Medicine Farm Conference

  • Swallowtail Farm 7301 Southeast 92 Terrace Gainesville, FL, 32641 United States (map)

Tickets NOW available!

Join us for our first ever Swallowtail Farm Conference on June 10th & 11th!  We will be hosting two days of intentional and interactive workshops, panels, and Q&A's dispersed among our lovely farm.

We are so excited to bring this level of learning and curiosity to the farm.  The last few years have taught us that local, sustainable, and responsible land stewardship and farming is a crucial solution for bodily health and balance, community independence, and continued existence on Earth.  As human species, we are at a very serious crossroads of quality of life and purpose.  This conference is intended to offer ideas, skills, tools and connections so that we, as individuals and as Community, can take real steps towards hyper-local food, healing our whole bodies, and regenerating our connection to the planet that sustains us.

Attendee Tickets are $200 and will be limited to 250 attendeees.  Tickets include the following:

-2 full days of workshop options that include panels, Q&A's, intensive workshops (3 hours), interactive workshops (1 hour, 15 minutes) from 9am-4pm.  Workshops are taught by local experts in animal husbandry, soil building, permaculture, fruit tree grafting & maintenance, herbalism, food & medicine foraging, therapeutic gardening, food fermentation, composting, animal slaughter & butchery, bodily balance & health with food and herbs, community food systems and so much more!

-conference attendee mini festival Saturday night, including virtual Keynote discussion with Will Harris of White Oak Pastures in Bluffton, Georgia; 1 complimentary beverage from cash beer, wine & kombucha bar; bonfire; food trucks; live music and dancing; 6-9pm
