Pac Choi Stir Fry
3 tbsp peanut oil
2 spring onions scallions, chopped
1lb pac choi, shredded
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable stock
1 tsp cornstarch
Heat the oil and fry the spring onions until lightly browned.
Add the pac choi and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Butterhead with Sesame Dressing
1 head butterhead lettuce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
